1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowHabits ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FlowHabits is a habit tracking application designed to help users build and maintain positive habits. The App allows users to:

Create and track daily, weekly, and monthly habits
View progress through visual grids and charts
Set personal goals and track streaks
Access habits via home screen widgets

3. Subscription Terms

FlowHabits offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Weekly Subscription: Includes a 7-day free trial, then $2.99 per week
Annual Subscription: $17.99 per year (no free trial)

Important: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FlowHabits, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of FlowHabits and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowHabits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use.
